Scope note
Notes about the usage and scope of the concept.- 교육·보건·이동 등 필수서비스에서 멀고 인구감소·고령화를 겪는 내륙취약지역의 서비스 개선과 지역기반 발전을 함께 추진하며, 내륙지역을 '낙후지'가 아니라 사회혁신·생태전환의 실험장으로 읽는다.
